Meet the Founder
Recruitify was founded by Marcus Quigley after seeing how transactional recruiting had become in parts of the legal industry. Too often, candidates were treated like resumes and law firms were treated like job orders. The focus was on speed and volume instead of long term fit.
Recruitify was built to take a different approach. The goal is to work closely with law firms and legal professionals to understand what actually matters. Culture, expectations, growth, and long term alignment.
Law firms do not just need more resumes. They need honest conversations, trusted guidance, and candidates who will succeed once they walk through the door.
Recruitify is not built to work with everyone. If a firm does not truly need help, we would rather say that upfront. We work with clients who value the process and actually need support finding the right people.

The Standard I Was Raised With
My dad always believed in doing the right thing, even when it was not the easiest option.
He taught me that your word should mean something and that how you treat people matters. He is no longer with us, but the lessons he passed down continue to guide how I approach business and relationships today.
Those lessons shaped how I approach recruiting today. Recruitify was built on honesty, integrity, and doing right by the people we work with.
